What is Demeter Rewards?

Demeter Rewards is our way of saying thank you for supporting local growers and makers. Earn points for simple actions like signing up, placing an order, or engaging with us on social media—and turn those points into savings on your next purchase.

How do I join Demeter Rewards?

Click “Join Now” in the rewards popup or widget on our website. Already have a Demeter Earth account? Just sign in!

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by doing the following:

  • Signup – 50 points

  • Place an order – 5 points for every $1 spent

  • Share on Facebook or X – 15 points each

  • Like on Facebook – 25 points

  • Follow us on Instagram, X, or TikTok – 25 points each

  • Celebrate your birthday – 50 points

How can I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed for exclusive discount coupons on future orders. Just visit the "Ways to Redeem" section in the rewards widget to see your options.

What is the referral program?

Invite your friends to shop on Demeter Earth, and you’ll both get rewarded!

  • They get: a $5 off coupon when they make their first purchase.

  • You get: a $5 off coupon after their first purchase goes through.

How do I refer a friend?

After joining the rewards program, just copy your referral link and share it via text, email, or social media. You’ll find this link in the “Referrals” section of the rewards popup.

Can I earn rewards as a seller too?

Yes! Sellers can earn points just like customers. And if you're one of our active vendors, keep an eye out for exclusive ambassador opportunities.

Do points expire?

Points do not currently expire, but we recommend using them within a year to get the most value. Any changes to expiration terms will be shared in advance.
