Vendor FAQ: Listing Products

Introduction

Listing products on Demeter Earth is simple and done entirely through your Seller Dashboard.
Whether you're a home gardener, artisan, or a full farm operation, all product listings are created and managed in one place for a consistent and streamlined experience.

Once you add a product, it will appear on your storefront immediately and be visible to customers within your serviceable area.

How to List a Product

Step 1: Add Products

• Navigate to Products -> Add Products.

Step 2: Enter Product Details

• Product Title – Name of what you’re selling.
• Category – Choose the most relevant category (e.g. Produce, Honey, Seeds).
• Product Tags – Add product tags to increase searchability. Separate each tag with a comma.
  
  
• Description – Describe what you're selling.
• Images – Upload up to 5 images; each image must be under 2 MB.
  
  
• Quantity & SKU – Enter available quantity, and SKU if needed.
• Price – Set a selling price.
  
• Weight & Dimensions – Include accurate measurements if you plan to use shipping rates.
  
  

Click Save. Your product will automatically appear in your storefront; there is no manual approval required.

Note: After saving your product, it may not immediately appear in the “Manage Products” section. If this happens, simply refresh the page to view your listing.

Tip: Take clear photos and write accurate descriptions to attract buyers. Avoid listing prohibited items and ensure you’re following local regulations.
