Who Can Sell on Demeter Earth?
Demeter Earth welcomes a wide range of local producers and makers, including:
- Farmers – large or small‑scale growers.
 - Gardeners – backyard, community, or urban gardeners.
 - Beekeepers and apiaries – honey and wax producers.
 - Artisan makers – crafters of sustainable, non‑food goods (e.g. handmade soaps, fiber art).
 
If you grow or craft something locally and sustainably, you’re invited to join our marketplace.
What Types of Products Can I Sell?
Sellers may offer:
- Edible goods: fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs, nuts, honey, eggs, and similar agricultural products.
 - Value‑added foods: jams, sauces, baked goods, fermented products, and other items produced from local ingredients (subject to cottage‑food laws).
 - Non‑food items: artisan goods like soap, natural fiber products, or garden supplies.
 
All products should align with Demeter Earth’s mission of supporting local, sustainable agriculture.
Prohibited Items
To keep the marketplace safe and aligned with our values, the following cannot be sold:
- Firearms or weapons
 - Illicit drugs
 - Alcohol and tobacco
 - Cannabis products
 - 
Chemical fertilizers and pesticides
 
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines or any applicable laws.
